SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING – NO COST FOR DELIVERY FOR ALL UK MAINLAND ORDERS – FREE UK DELIVERY FOR ALL KIDS TOOLS PRODUCTS

Delivery charges for orders outside of the UK mainland will vary from country to country. If you are outside of the mainland of the United Kingdom, you can find the delivery charge for your order transparently displayed in your shopping cart.

It takes 3-7 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: UK: 8 -15 business days; USA: 5-8 business days; Rest of World: 10-20 business days. Please keep in mind that the COVID-19 pandemic may cause shipping delays. Contact us for more information.

Kids Tools shall have no liability to any party or bear any responsibility for any failure in delivering any products you may have ordered or if there is any delay in delivering your products or for any damages or defective products that are delivered that may be caused by an incident or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, and without limitation, civil unrest, industrial disputes, supply chain interruptions or an act of God.

Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

If any products you ordered are damaged or if your order is not complete or if the products you received are defective, you must notify Kids Tools in writing within five (5) days of receipt of your order. If you do not receive your order, you must notify Kids Tools in writing within five (5) days of the invoice date. Any claims submitted after the specified notification requirement will not be processed.
